By using Glow Worm, you agree to our Terms of Service. These terms govern your access to and use of the Glow Worm application, including all features related to school management, child tracking, communication, and reporting.
You agree to use the app responsibly, provide accurate information, and not misuse the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you and Glow Worm.
The app is licensed, not sold. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for its intended purpose: managing school and daycare operations.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute the application. All intellectual property rights remain with Glow Worm.
In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa, Glow Worm processes personal information lawfully and transparently.
We collect and process personal data (names, contact details, child information, attendance records, medical details) solely for the purpose of providing school and daycare management services.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
By accepting, you consent to the processing of your personal information as described above.
Glow Worm is committed to protecting your privacy.
We collect information you provide (account details, child profiles, medical information) and usage data (app interactions, device info) to deliver and improve our services.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your personal information. Access to child data is restricted to authorised school staff and linked parents/guardians.

This is a hard gate for parents with outstanding balances. Parents must digitally sign this acceptance before they can proceed into the app.
