- Administrative Management: Centralized dashboard for managing student enrollment, staff
roles, classroom assignments, and school-wide notifications.
- Daily Operational Tracking: Digital logbooks for tracking attendance, meals, nap times,
medication administration, and hygiene (diaper changes/potty training).
- Incident Reporting: A secure system for documenting classroom incidents with mandatory
digital signatures from both staff and parents, including photo attachments and PDF generation.
- Communication Hub: Real-time 1:1 messaging between teachers and parents, scoped
specifically to the child's care.

Welcome to Glow Worm. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Glow Worm
application and services (the "Service"), provided by Bronn Software ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or
using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- "Service" refers to the Glow Worm SaaS platform, including the mobile application, web
portal, and backend services.
- "User" refers to any individual or entity using the Service, including School Admins, Staff,
and Parents/Guardians.
- "School" refers to the childcare facility or educational institution registered on the
platform.
- "Content" refers to data, text, photos, and other materials uploaded to the Service.
2. Account Registration and Security
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities that
occur under their account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate security
protocols.
3. License to Use
- Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to
use the Service for its intended purpose of childcare management and communication.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute the application without express written consent.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload or transmit sensitive personal information of minors except as required by the Service's core
functions.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Fees and Payment
- Schools agree to pay subscription fees according to their selected tier.
- Access to the Service may be suspended if subscription fees are not paid by the due date.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Data Privacy and Security
- We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act
(POPIA) and other applicable data protection laws.
- Personal information is processed solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in the Service (including software, design, and branding) remain the
property of Bronn Software.
- Users retain ownership of the Content they upload but grant us a license to host and process that Content to

- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or
inability to use the Service.
- While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
9. Termination

- We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that
we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
